Title: Neuroplasticity and the development of neurodegenerative disorders-human post mortem and animal studies
Abstract: We will study adult hippocampal neurogenesis in sAD rat model which called streptozotocin intracerebroventricularly (STZ icv) treated rats, exhibiting cognitive deficits following STZ icv treatment, and are proposed recently as an animal model of sAD.
