Women’s Representative

The Officer for Gender Equality in Academia (in short: Women's Representative) and her deputies are dedicated to all aspects of gender equality in science. They offer students and academic staff counselling on gender-related issues or discrimination and, if necessary, help with referrals to other bodies. In addition, they actively participate in all appointment committees of the faculty and ensure that procedures are gender-equitable. They act as contact persons for applicants regarding questions about gender equality.
