Key Facts

The course is taught in English (180 ECTS) and therefore students will be offered tutorials to develop their writing skills in English through a tutorial system inspired by the Oxbridge system of supervision

German is not required to be accepted, but students are expected to reach B2 level by the end of their studies

Students will be expected to learn Arabic or Hebrew

No prior knowledge of religion, theology, or philosophy before applying to the course is required

The assessment method takes into account both written and oral assessment as well as writing papers

This is a program offered under the humanities faculty and does not take a religious perspective although open to all perspectives. So one does not need to be religious or non-religious. We value diversity and take it as our motto therefore this is a program that welcomes everyone.
